Easiest Ever Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup Swerve granular sugar substitute
1 large egg
Directions
Blend all ingredients together by hand
Scoop onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet using cookie scoop (I use this one by Wilton)
flatten twice in opposite directions with a fork to make the classic criss-cross pattern
bake at 325 degrees for five minutes, then check edges for light golden brown. Do not overbake!
