Favorite Holiday Sangria and Pecan Pie Bars

Henry and I enjoy looking for recipes we can make for our family holidays. Pinterest is a GREAT resource for this. Sometimes we find one that becomes a keeper, and this sangria is one of them.

I have also made these pecan pie bars a few times, and everyone loves them. I have made pecan pies in the past, and I find getting them baked just perfectly is hit or miss. This bar version tastes exactly right and comes out perfectly every time. I do have to bake them significantly longer than the recipe states, but that's probably my oven.
